Apple and Pear Dessert
Cool Weather dessert.
Peel and quarter and core
1 kg of mixed apples and pears.
Put 1/2 cup of orange juice in a jug and
mix in some sweetener (coconut sugar, Xylitol, brown sugar) somewhere between 1 tsp to 1 tablespoon depending on your taste.
add 1 tablespoon vanilla bean paste into the juice and whisk.
Place fruit in a baking dish and pour on the juice.
Bake the fruit in the oven for about 40 minutes at 200 deg.
Remove for the oven and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
Serve with yogurt (we like coconut yogurt) or icecream. Eat when still warmish.
